StarCraft 2: Wings of Liberty released

That’s right people, after over 12 years, Actizzard (nee Blizzard) have pumped out the next instalment of e-sporting RTS & sci-fi epic StarCraft II (well, part of it anyway).

In related news, nobody in South Korea turned up for work today!  Officials are currently investigating whether the two items are linked…

Wings of Liberty, essentially the Terran single-player campaign and the full multi-player component (sans LAN gaming ofc.) are now out in the wild in physical and (absurdly priced) digital forms.

We’re still waiting for our copy to arrive, so there might be some thoughts in the near future.

In the mean time, GameTrailers have this ‘formal introduction’ to the single player campaign – enjoy!

Hilarity ensues!
