Raven & their Activision slave paymasters released another trailer for their upcoming time-bending shooter ‘Singularity’ at the SDCC.

Now, don’t get me wrong, I love shooting virtual bad guys in the virtual face with virtual shooty bangs, but it really grates on me when someone devises a brilliant idea that could really innovate the genre (in this case, environmental temporal manipulation) and then buries it under a layer of total generic shit that it struggles to make itself known.

Singularity has been a bit of a mystery for a while now.  We all knew Raven Software were working on it, but nobody really knew what it was all about.  Now the marketing machine is revving up to speed and we’re being bombarded left, right and centre.
