Codemasters have announced F1 2013 for release on PC, 360 and PS3.
The game will be available in 2 versions, Standard and Classic, which will feature classic cars and tracks from the 80’s and 90’s.
The classic content in game will be introduced by none other than Murray Walker. According to Eurogamer there will be a pricing difference between the two versions, which hasn’t been decided yet, the standard version does include the 80’s Cars/Tracks and with purchase of the DLC packs you can bring it up to par with the Classic Edition. It should be noted that it doesn’t appear the Classic Version will be PC bound, so DLC might be the only option there.
The classic pack will feature classic cars from both Williams and Ferrari and drivers such as David Coulthard, Jacques Villeneuve, Eddie Irvine and Alain Prost and others.
The game is updated with all the teams/drivers and rule changes for the 2013 season.
