Ubisoft have sent word that the Freedoms Cry DLC for Assassin’s Creed will be released as a standalone game on PS3/4 and PC (but strangely no Xbox platforms).
Freedom Cry tells the story of Adewale, who was born into slavery, became a pirate and then an Assassin.
It will be priced at £7.99 and will be released on 19th Feb for the PlayStation platforms and the 25th Feb for the PC.
There’s no word on why it isn’t coming to Xbox platforms as a standalone, i’ve contact Ubisoft to clarify.
