Bandai Namco have announced that Dragonball FighterZ will be available February 2018 for PC/PS4 and Xbox One.
If you preorder now, you gain access to the Open Beta in January (a closed Beta takes place next month on PS4 and Xbox One, links to apply at the bottom of the post) as well as access to Super Sayian Blue Goku and Vegeta.
There is also a collectors edition which comes with a statue of Goku in Manga style colouring as well as Art Cards and a Steelbook.
