Konami have sent word thay a PES2009 demo will hit Live, PSN and PC this Thursday. The demo will be a 5 minute game and will feature Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and the Italian and French national teams. We’ll have more on PES 2009 later in the month.

Ubisoft have announced that the new Prince of Persia will be released just in time for christmas.It will hit PC, PS3 and 360 on the 5th December. We’ll have more on the game closer to release.
EA have announced that Mirrors Edge will hit PS3 and 360 on 14 November.A demo will be released before then, and if you preorder at certain retailers you can get a unlock code to unlock a time trial mode in the demo. We’ll have more on the game soon.
360 price cut from friday
Microsoft have announced that as of Friday the 360 will recieve a price cut in Europe.As of Friday the Arcade (no hard drive remember) will be a measly £129.99 making it cheaper than a Wii. The 60GB Premium will retail for £169.99 (cheaper than a Wii too!) and the Elite will retail for £229.99.
EA has sent along word that as of friday, the Rock Band instrument pack will start to retail for £110. This is ahead of the game launching on PS2, PS3 and Wii. Now to just wait a long time for Rock Band 2.
